Some pictures of the finished product have surfaced on the internet. What do you think of it?

I think it's good as a concept, but those silver bits at the back are truly horrid...

Is it "Clubman" ?
The original Mini called this style the "Countryman".

That's a finished product?

Wow, I was expecting more from them.

What was the name of the original Mini Clubman?

why do they insist on trying to pretend the new mini bears any resemblance to its predecessor in any way other than its name?

its about 10 times bigger, uglier and less english. there really is no market for what is essentially a supermini estate. the new mini is not a mini its just a small bmw.

I used to want one of these (I used to drive a '65 minivan, there's a thread around here somewhere for it) but that silver on the back is horrid. Hopefully it's a misguided option that no-one will tick.

It's hot. I'm not sure about the size, but the rear trunk, the exhaust the styling is nice.

Something to do with rights to those names I think.

And yet it's been a romping success. And this probably will too.

Known here as Mini Ima.
The new one is hideous and that mess with names is annoying.

Really bad, that rear is supposed to be the special part about this car and they just ruined it LOL, awsome stylling! :D i really don't get it, so many hours to develop and design a car and this is what they came up with...

These are clearly not the shots of the finished product. It would not surprise me if those silver strips are nothing more than camouflage.

Unfortunately I think it is the real deal, the picture attached is the car with a camouflaged back.

That is a hideous car... as if the New Mini wasn't enough (especially the facelifted One and Cooper) this one just takes it one step further. It really is disgusting. There are several cars i would take over that. And the silver looks horrid, but the black doesn't look any better... (edit: i don't mean the camo, i mean the ones i saw on another website, but i can't find them at the moment...)
