'twould appear that at least one of the family's veyrons has the black/blue color scheme... maybe they have an all black on now?

hmm, on a local forum they got to the conclusion that it wasn't filmed in romania (the youtube link you posted)

The Casuneanu Family in Bucharest owns a Bugatti Veyron. Mr. Casuneanu Sr. is the so-called "King of the Asphalt", his company being the one that does most of the asphalting in Bucharest.
