I'm pretty sure the Super/Turbocharger would make boost since the engine is running, albeit in an opposite direction. May depend on the RPM though.

Yeah, a two stroke engine can be run "revers".

The reverse on snowmobiles are like this, when you push the reverse button the engine stops for half a second and starts again, going the other way.
