Today I will make an exception and leave my usual "I'm not Canadian bla bla bla" speech behind, happy Canada day province neighbors!

What are you all doing for it? Personally I'll probably just drink a beer or two, but I'm wondering what true Canucks are doing to celebrate it?

P.S. The big party was on June 23 :p

congratz to Canada, they have one of the best street circuits that are no longer operational (Toronto), and revealed a lot of great drivers such as Greg Moore, Gilles Villeneuve and Jeff Krosnoff.

they also have a lot of hotties like Elisha Cuthbert

Burning the White House.

Celebrating our alcoholic first Prime Minister.

Being form all across the world but sharing one thing in common: being Canadian.

Canada is the home of many great inventions, like the electric light bulb, the television, the telephone, and intellectual property theft.

David, were you born in France or were you born in Canada? Also, is Quebec actually in Canada or do the French claim Quebec?

Quebec is what New Jersey is to the United States.

I was born in Canada. Québec is a province in Canada just like Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, etc. There are plenty of separatists here who want Québec to be an independent country, but as I stated many times as long as the other Canucks recognize we have a different culture (which is greatly helped by the fact we speak a different language) and respect it I'm fine, and I personally don't want us to seperate from the rest of Canada. I don't think we have the financial resources to keep our boat afloat on our own.

I just don't feel Canadian at all seeing as my culture, values and language are totally different to those of the other provinces.

What preposterous talks!

Quebec is what New Jersey is to the United States.

Except for much hotter and even sluttier girls, even more strip clubs, unhealthier cuisine, and bilingual cursing.

You hit the nail on the head with that one.

That said, I love Quebec and consider it as much a part of Canada as any other province. Sure the rest of us speak English, but I find the culture differs across the board just as much as Quebec differs. That's what makes Canada, Canada.

As for my celebrations, I got drunk, ate food, and watched some fireworks.
