GVWR and GAWR what are they and what is the difference?
What aspect ?
A quick google turns up ...
GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): Maximum permissible weight of vehicle. The GVWR is equal to or greater than the sum of the unloaded vehicle weight plus the net carrying capacity.
GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating): Maximum permissible loaded weight a specific axle is designed to carry.

So one's the maximum weight of the car including things/people carried - seems to apply to RVs (yuk)
and the other is the maxium weight on any axle - so depends on load distribution.

UltimateRVPage anyone :)

over here i think the RTA has a rating for how much a vehicle can tow on top of its gross vehicle mass
