Top Gear's website used to have lots of wallpapers, but they got rid of them all with the new site. However, I found Top Gear Netherland's website to have many up-to-date, and frankly AWESOME and hi-res wallpapers!

It's not a print magazine, but they do road tests and automotive news, plus they have decently sized images.

netcarshow is a good site because they upload all the images they can have, but the resize and quality are quite low.

I don´t know if it´s a magazine but they do have some really nice pictures in decent quality.
