what are some top name brands that manufacture black rims?

Konig
These top qulaity companies come to mind first, but I'm sure there are plenty of other brands that make black, anthracite or gun-metal coloured rims. Hope this helps.

HRE will powdercoat their wheels black for you and you can't beat the quality of HRE for wheels so if you have the funds I would recommend them.
