The car was launched today in Porto together with a new driver for Lada team. The first Priora will be driven by James Thompson, while Ladygin and Van Lagen will race 110 cars for some time. As far as I understood, Thompson didn't take part in practice session, so the pace of the car is still unknown for me.

BODY: LADA Avtovaz Priora, 4 doors.
ENGINE: 4-cylinder in line, transversally installed. Distribution: two overhead camshafts, 16 valves. Displacement: 1998 cc, bore x stroke: 88 x 82 mm, compression ratio: 11:1, maximum output: 270 bhp @ 8500 rpm, maximum torque: 265 nm @ 6500 rpm. Engine management: Motec. Lubrication: wet sump.
TRANSMISSION: front-wheel-drive. Gearbox: Hewland 6-speed, sequential shift. Clutch: single-plate. Differential: mechanical limited slip differential.
CHASSIS: front suspension: McPherson strut, coil springs, gas-filled dampers, anti-roll bar. Rear suspension: McPherson, coil springs, gas-filled dampers, anti-roll bar. Steering: power assisted rack and pinion.
BRAKES: power assisted dual circuit system. Front brakes: 4-piston calipers, 332 mm steel ventilated discs. Rear brakes: 2-piston calipers, 280 mm steel discs.
