I watched the video and i agree 100% with the outcome and the way the vettee came form behind to dust the Lamborghini. Thats exactly how Corvettes take off. I am not sure why this is so with vettes---very low, low end torque or unsual gearing. They always seem to lag behind and then from nowhere, they just come from behind and dust you into oblivion.

I have run my G-35 Coupe with regular vettes and I am always quicker off the lot than all the vettes I have run with. However, after the first few 3 - 4 seconds, the game changes dramatically---the vettes suddenly pick up speed and then leave you eating their dust. This is the case 100% of the time when i run with vettes.

In fact, i actually start counting 1, 2, 3, and then the vette suddenly shows up and is gone, leaving me in their dust. So, i only have 3 seconds of joy and glory with a vette.

@coolieman1220
the cops are just waiting on the exit. but they didnt apprehend them...dont know why...maybe they pay the cops aside from the toll fee...hahaha :D

@G35Coupe
some say its the throttle that causes the lag

Z06s get off the line fine. I have seen amazing 60fts using a Z06. It looked to me they picked a starting speed that was bad for the Z06's gearing. That's the problem with roll races the speed you start off at can change the outcome because it might favor one of the cars gearing.

In case people haven't read about it, topspeed revealed has a review on the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 JB-R , featuring details about the car as well as a few photos and wallpapers.

"The German aftermarket tuning firm JB Design has just come out with a modified Lamborghini Murcielgo LP 640 that takes the ridiculousness of the Italian super car and pushes it well into the realm of insanity. The carbon fiber bodywork is only the beginning of what the tuners at JB Design can do, for around $41,000 they will upgrade the 640 HP V12 to the tune of 710 HP with their Stage 1 program. However this particular model goes even further, sending a total of 750 HP through the Lamorghini’s all wheel drive system. The added bonus to the engine package is that the LP 640 can now hit a 229 MPH top speed...."

Except the LP570-4 never existed, even assuming those "matches" are well sorted.

No, that's the 100bhp version!

You'll have to call Sant'Agata back again. Tell them to bring the LP100-4 SV.

Actually, i am sorry but you are wrong - there clearly IS a LP570-4 model of the Murcielago. You don't know very much about cars, do you? The LP570-4 is the best known Murcielago of all - the original. LP570-4 is just the technical name of the standard Murcielago - the 6.2 V12 >the 572 bhp version<. You clearly cant recognize what the symbols LP570-4 stand for - Longitudinal Posteriore - 570 bhp - 4 wheel drive. (they say 570 bhp although it has 572 because of rounding down).

I will accept your apology in advance.

Well as such a designation has never been used by the factory, or by anyone other than yourself, LP570-4 is not a technical name for the '6.2' Murcie.

Those from dealerships and the factory, including the companies president refer to the earlier model as the 6.2 to avoid confusion

As Cyco wrote, that car is just called Murcielago. Actually, Murciélago, if you're into nitpicking.
The same goes for the Gallardo, which wasn't called Gallardo LP500-4 and LP520-4 with the update, it has always been just "Gallardo" until the LP560 came.
No apologies for you because, yes, I do know about supercars.
