Hi there,

I have a homepage where I have started also to put pictures of cars and motorcycles on. The link removed
But I do not know their makes and so.

If you are interested, can you have a look and let me know as much as possible? make, year.
That would be lovely. Thanks!!!
Helpful to write down what page and count the car from top to the end of the page to know which car you are referring to.

THANKS

I removed the link but you can post the pictures you're not sure about here and we'll help decode the mystery

We're not too fond of people posting links to personal sites as it comes off as spam

Post #8 pic #6 - 1973 Lincoln Continental Mark IV - The Mark IV was built 1972-1976, but this one can be narrowed down to 1973 exactly by the bumpers - only the 1973 model had 5-mph impact bumpers on the front but not on the rear.

2: 1968 AMC Rambler Rogue

In 1968, the Rogue was only available as a 2-door hardtop. The pillared 2-door sedan like the one pictured was still an American. :)

Ah yes, its a sedan not a hardtop :o I saw the 2 doors but missed the fact it had pillars. Amending my original post now. :)

Sorry to drag up an old thread but this ones been bugging me since i first saw it and i finally have the answer :)

I turns out to be a Ford 1940 Model 01A Deluxe Convertible as you can see from the attached photos. Finally i can put this one to rest. :D

Forgot to say that this post is in relation to the car shown in 7# pic number 4 that i originally thought was a customised Mercury.

Interesting, that car is chassis #185343902, offered by RM-Auctions at Monterey in August 2009

Thanks for the extra info and additional photo henk4 :) (Fixed my post while i'm back here too)

Still filling in all the gaps in my Ford model history with photos, wouldn't suprise me at all if those pics originated from an event either RM or Bonhams were present at, the scenery definately looks like Pebble Beach. The Deluxe / Custom / Standard cars have proved a tough one to put to their correct year and model properly but i'm getting there slowly. :D

they probably parked the car alongside the bay in Monterey. (The auction location is not far from there).
In case you need to fill more gaps, I have got my files sorted according to year of build...

I need help identifying this part. It's a one-way valve, but I am not sure to which vehicle. My buddy thinks its from a vintage Jeep. Any ideas would help!:)
