The streets of Warsaw has turned today into a racetrack (at some point very wet). There were legendary F1 cars from Team Lotus, dragsters and tuned cars with over 1000 bhp, luxury sports cars, supercars like Ford GT, Ferrari 599 GTO, Ultima GTR or even BAC Mono, rally cars straight from Dakar, motorcycles, historic Porsche models (917 for example, unfortunately I missed it), and many others. Special guests: Jay Kay form Jamiroquai and Ben Collins (ex-Stig). Some photos from me:

I was wondering the same thing. ;)

It was in 1000+ BHP parade and has weeeeell over 1000 bhp, top speed is some 420+ km/h. I don't know anything more...

Nice to see Classic Team Lotus showing up there, just wondering if there is not a name confusion going on. The driver of the black Lotus 91 wears the helmet of Dan Collins, he owns the car, and regularly drives other cars for CTL as well. Was Ben Collins (the Stig) offically introduced to the audience and if so what car did he drive? (The weekend before he drove the Le Mans 24 hours, with the RML team.)

ex-Stig was behind the wheels of Lotus 91 and Mustang (with Jay Kay at passenger seat)... and probably something more, but I wasn't there at the time...

check the helmet of the driver here, with the one behind the wheel the car in your shot.

Dan Collins, Lotus - Google zoeken

take the fourth link, somehow I cannot copy that link directly into this post.

The Last (European) Esprit (http://www.lotusespritworld.com/EOtherstuff/Last%20Euro%20Esprit.html)

this may work directly

Thanks. Thinking about it, it's probably an evolution of the GTurbo 1200, I heard they were looking to make it more aerodynamic.

and for completion, the guy on the right is the naked Stig, with his helmet in front of him...

Oh, sorry, now I see. :D So it looks like Ben Collins drove only Shelby Mustang.

BTW: There were two drivers n 91:

the other is a 76, recognisable from its dubble decker rear wing. There were only two made, and both do the rounds these days.
And it seems that both Collinses were there, time for S.S. Collins from Racecar Engineering to join that elite group
