Dear Friends,
Let me tell you what has happened in Beijing last night!
Yesterday is Friday, in that afternoon, it was great raining - so great!
Then, let us see the trafic of the city which has more than 15,000,000 people!
The first photo took at 23:20. that means some people has taken more than 5 hours to arrived at their house! If no rain, they could just take 45 minutes!

As my office is near my house, I go to work by bike everyday, so bad traffic is nothing with me! Thank you Mr. God!
Hee-Hee!

No worries, good comparison to the photo just in before it. Street flooding happens anywhere too much rain falls for stormwater systems
to remove, but the subway stairs photo looks scary. How much did it rain in how short a time?

Looking at those pictures of the traffic jam at first, i thought they were really funny, but the pictures got less and less comical as the flooding progressed. That's really insane

 Yow... looks like more than an inconvenience, can't imagine flooding like that in a city of 15M. How soon before the water receded?

Actually I'm quite surprised we had no natural catastrophy in France yet :D Or maybe France is the natural catastrophy....
