which GTA is the best?

i have all of them :D my fav is GTA vice city :D

well the best grand theft auto would have to be, vice, purely because there arent asmany glitches and you can ride bikes etc. but it was too easy to complete

yea its called SAN ANDRAEOUS or sumthin like that- its a cuban or mexican theme :D

vice, simply because u can drive bikes and fly helicopters. if no ones noticed, theres a helicopter that sits on the roof of the masion (it comes back if u crash it).

i voted Vice but the next one is called San Andreas but also takes place in 2 other "california" cities. Its also in the 90's and you do not play as Tommy Vercetti! I saw the PS2 game box for it and man i cant wait till it comes out or i get a good detailed preview!!!! :D

doubtless is the fact as to why gta vice city is the best. vice city makes liberty look hideous and charmless.
but these sequels are the best ever :p

my favourite on missions is 3, but gameplay is vice city. the nxt in the GTA3 trilogy is GTA: San Andreas, a hybrid between San Fransisco and Los Angeles. its going to be set in modern times with justin timberlake and some rapper alreay on the soundtrack

I used to make mods for GTA 1, 2, 3 and VC until stupid people came onto the scene and it turned into something similar to Supercars.net. Im still up to date with GTA though. My GTA modelling days are over :D

GTA:San Andreas will be based in the 90's in California. It is based over 3 cities called Los Santos (Los Angeles), San Fierro (San Fransisco) and Las Venturra aka Sin City (Las Vegas!). You play a bloke called Carl Johnson.

This is what was said in the press release I was sent:

"Five years ago Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los
Santos, San Andreas... a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs
and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the
dealers and gangbangers.

Now, it's the early 90s. Carl's got to go home. His mother has been
murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all
heading towards disaster.

On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for
homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state
of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets."

Vice city, by far. I love the 80s and MIAMI, and so the game is perfectly suited for me. Just played it again a few days ago.

My fav is Vice City, although I spent more time on GTA 3, nearly got to the end and had to format my pc so i lost all the saved games :(
Vice City is more interactive because you never get to hear the guy speak on GTA 3, does anyone know who the hell he is?

I've done Vice City 99%, can't find a couple of hidden packages. :(
I've played 2, 3, and 4. So.....out of those Vice City is my fav. :D

My fav is also V.C because it was made better than the third in a lot of ways. The only problem was that the third was harder to beat than V.C which wasn't cool.
