little ute

does any one no of a car(what model etc) that matches my description,
1. quite small with a tray on the back.
2. something with a bit of power or room to mod the engine a bit.
3. to be used for a soundoff car.

any ideas?

subs/amps etc install on the tray, with one of those canvasy kind of pull over covers. :rolleyes:
itll have a full body kit, mags and lowered suspension or hydrolics. mabye neon lighting. :rolleyes:

nor the choice of colour :confused: mabye yellow?

Sounds like you wanna rice it up, eh? Except for the supercharger, do you have any plans on actually increasing the car's performance? An example of a small 'ute that I think has potential is the Scion xb.

yea some kind of engine work will take place, just to get a bit of power on tap if i need it. :D

Don't rice it out dude, keep it clean, bodykits don't look cool on old skool utes, give it a nice and unique paint job, chrome up some parts, just give it an old skool loook...

Whats the point of ownin a ute if your going to fill the tray? That means you have to payfor comercial vehical registration without the advantages that come with it.....
And yes the description sounds ricy id be quite sad to see a datsun ute treated liek that....say a nicelick of paint and some mags....that would be nice they look good like that....
And funny you should ask are they still made because they are stillmade in south africa....

yea i figured that after looking at it for a while.mabye lowered with just a small side skirt to top it off.
i like the idea of those mags that look like thier really strong and bold.their not that big either.
dont think ill do hydrolics either.

Hey yeah have a look im not quite shore but i think it is a datsun 1200 ute
just like search for it on the net and look for pics but that is what i am buying in bout 2 weeks and it is quite small wif some good power under it and i always see them at car shows so just have a look :)
