1937 Mercedes 230 Roadster

Here again are two more scanned photographs. This time of a car which I saw in the service station in downtown Carmel during Pebble Beach week. I'm not sure of the year, but most probably late 70's. The car is a very rare 1937 Mercedes 230 Roadster. Sweet little car.

This is one of the best pre-war Mercedes Benz cars. It combines sophisticated, innovative engineering with a wide range of striking, beautifully built bodywork. Really a lovely car, but rarely seen.
