Gotta laugh at the projected price for the SL Roadster coming up for sale at Bonhams. When they were introduced, no one wanted one. Everyone was in love with the coupe (gull-wing), and they all thought the Roadster was just a tag-along.

What was the price they mentioned? Didn't Jeremy Clarkson drive one on Top Gear? I think he also mentioned that Kate Moss had one too.
