Neither of these cars are out yet, you fool. Nobody has reviewed them. Thinking that Ferrari "wins" in this situation is one of the most blatant examples of fanboyism I've ever seen in my life.

I think i've seen pics of the Turbo S, but not of the 430 Modena yet. Regardless, i never liked the look of the old 360 modena, and judging by ferrari's recent styling prowess, i'd go for Turbo S.

Until I have driven both however, i can't make a decision. And neither should anyone else.

Well, the current 996 Turbo is a better car in some respects than the 360.
It is definately faster than the 360, round the track and in real life situations.

The 430 adds more power to the 360, which may mean it is on more equal terms to the 996 Turbo, but the 997 Turbo and Turbo S will have even more power, so the 430 will still be lagging.

The 996 Turbo is a very practical supercar, that would be much more usable from day to day.

Everyone is speculating too much. I've seen articles saying that the next Ferrari will be called the 420 (4.2 V8) and now I'm seeing 430 (4.3 V8) Modena. Articles keep pointing to the word Modena and styling will be the same. Would not surprise me that the next Ferrari wont even look like the current Modena. I hope it isn't. Not because I don't like the 360 styling but Ferrari takes a different strategy to Porsche as they don't come out with similar styling over and over again. One things is for sure, the Ferrari and Porsche will be potent machines.

It is widely accepted throughout the media that it will be the 430. A "facelift" of the 360 with a modified Maserati V8 bought up to 4.3l.

Here (http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5837&page=1&pp=15) you can see photos of the actual car in Rijoh's posts at the bottom of the first page.

Going on looks, definitley the Porsche, and as I've always liked Porsches more than Ferrari's, i'll go for Porsche! Its more practical and economical.

For the price of the Ferrari, I could get a 600+hp Porsche :p.

I can only say one thing. If Suka photos are correct, then I'm a little bit disappointed. Not because I don't like the new 430 but it is too close in styling to the 360. I luv Ferrari as they are always prepared to take chances in styling. Look at the 456, 550/575, 612, 348, 355, 360. Lets wait for the official car to come out and then I'll make my final judgement.
