avatar resize... please...

hi, i found this Gif in some forum ages ago... i cant remember which one though... can anyone resize this plz? big enough for an avatar?
this avatar is pretty big... 105x86 241Kb... thnx in advance

if you look at the reason for deleting it, d-quik said it was too big.

So possibly he just resized the avatar and forgot to make sure it was small enough (44Kb IIRC ) for a UCP avatar.
