i am interested in purchasing a new Nissan 350z, and have the option of a 2003 vs the 2004. i see that the 2004 is $600 more than the 2003. I was wondering what the differences between the 2003 and 2004 were that justified the $600 price hike. is there anything new?

I beleive that some elements of the suspension were re-done after some of them started having problems, but they certainly didn't improve the performance or anything...

I'm sure a dealership would be able to tell you why (or make up a BS answer when they actually just wanted an extra 600 bucks for it :))

Its very common to have a succesful cars price raise. As long as they know they can, they will.

Like most jap cars they have to steal their ideas, this looks to me like a pure copy of the Audi TT.

I've never been a fan of the TT. But I've never really liked Audi at all. However I do like the 350Z. I think it's a great looking car...

To be honest, you'll likely get that $600 back or more at trade in or resale time just by it being a newer model yr.

Well many of the 2003 models alignment problems and ate tires. Nissan says it was due to incorrectly calibrated alignment thingys. They seemed to fix that problem with the 2004

also 2003 owners complained of vibrations over rough roads . this was caused by loose backing plates in the brakes
