I doubt any of y'all have heard of this car manufacturer, it is very small. However I think they make some cool cars, and in fact I actually got to meet the guy who owns the company, and he also designs and manufacturers the cars with the help of the rest of his small staff. One of his employees I happen to be friends with and go to school with now. Anyways, I believe they have participated in some local sportscar races here at Road Atlanta (by the way they're based in Stone Mountain, Georgia...which is about 45 minutes from me). They have to cars available right now, the Evans 386 LM and the Evans 486 LM. I got to hear the first 486 LM crank up about a year ago, and it sounded great.
Here are some specs on the 486 LM:

The only modifications done to the LS6 engine is in the exhaust system, it has tubular headers (2.5 inch primary tubes, I believe) and it has 4 inch exhaust piping.

Here are some pictures of the 486 LM. :)

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the 486 LM is also available to be equipped with a 550 hp 427 (7.0 Liter) engine as well, but for more money of course.

Kinda ugly, looks too much like a kit car. Nice Engine and specs though.

There seems to be an awful lot of this type of thing around, as if everyone with a bit of engineering know how has decided to make a tube framed, small block powered, fibreglass bodied, 80's space car styled road racer named after themselves.

Edit to add:

"Displacement - 346 cu in. / 4. 7 liter" 346 cubes is about 5.6L
