This guy must either be a big NASCAR fan, a former cop, or is 15 years old and has been playing Gran Turismo since he was 10.
I don't know what the circumstances are here, why this guy was being chased by the cops, but this is a pretty nice piece of RWD driving! Especially considering he's in a heavy Mustang that handles like crap......
