This is one of the best compression plugins for making pic files smaller. It is better then photoshops. I have compared it to make sure. I use it all the time.
Once you download it. It will ask were you want it: put it in photoshops plugin which ever version you have.
I downloaded it with Internet download manager. You can use flash fxp or a simular program. if you use a ftp program it will take you to there ftp site and you have to highlite it and then download. Plus you will see all there other programs they have.
