It may not look like much, but I put a lot of work into it. I need suggestions on what to do to it, I want rims, but can't find big enough, high res enough pix to work from. Help???
and yes, I know there is quite a bit of etchiness in it, so I really don't care for it. :(

go to car and model, you can usually find good looking, hi-res rims there.

the colour is too saturated. Do you use variations to change the colour? That is what variations do... That window is strange too. I like what you did to the with the lights tho.

yeh
variations makes sum surfaces rough and a bit messy.
i usually make another layer than hue/saturation lol even tho thats stupid.
nice chop tho! :)

the problem w/ those rims are that they'll look fake, they're set on a black background instead of in front of brake rotors/disks

I usually desaturate the whole image, along with parts, make all the parts the same shade, then use curves to gain a clean realistic colour, it works really well.

That is the wrong angle, it is far to much of a high shot, and the resolution is much different. Nice car tho

I think you should colour it again. It looks too saturated.
