Looks great. I love seeing old cars in great condition, it shows that the owner loves their car. :)

You need to raise the rear end an inch or two to even it out. Other than that it's a great looking car.

You got to be kidding. Not only would that adversely affect the handling it would look too jacked up.

thanx for the comments guys, yeah i was a bit worried about the back lowered as much as it is, but you get used to it, and when you're standing up close to it, believe me...it looks much better!!!

You still have this car? Do you have any other plans for the ride?

yeah there are a couple of other things i'd like to do to it, and they are;

1 - i have bought an M535i bodykit for it from the local bmw spare parts, and intend on putting that one when i have enought money for...

2 - a respray from polaris silver to estoril blue, the best colour i have ever seen!

3 - in the future hopefully have enough money for an engine swap, from the E28's 528i straight six engine, to an E34's 530i engine, not sure if they are a straight 6, V6 or a V8, don't want a V8 though

hey guys!

it's been a while since i posted this and things have definatly changed. i've had the respray, it's not estoril, it's polaris silver again but with a light pearl of estoril blue :) , but you can only see this under fluro or hallogin lights. on order i have sum 18" M5 rims, should be coming in 3 weeks or so.

anyway here's how it looks now...

You might as well put a nos tank in it and some neon lights. Bmw's shouldnt be touched; they're engineered spectacularly as they are, no need to change them.

you're kidding right?!?!?!? :eek: :confused: did you see my car before the spray job? it looked like it had been sandblasted and i had 2 wonderful females hit me on the drivers side. i had rust poppin up through the roof. i found a deal on that bodykit and i was sick of the terrible bodyroll the E28 has, so i bought the king springs retail, cheap as! then bought the rims cos with the standard wheels the tyres cost around $400Aus each!!! plus the bottlecaps were damn fugly so it needed a change.

dude if you think this car looks worse now than it did before you need GLASSES!!!

Meh, I guess I was too hard, It just looked a little ricey when I first saw it. Now that I look at it again, it's not too bad. Ill take back my remark.
