Ohhhhhh yeah, that hits the spot... I notice Audi have changed the rear lights, they look better now... have they done the front lights too? Jeez that's one fast machine... *drools*

They've just put a crafty bit of black tape over bits of the front and rear lights.
I can't imagine that they would design an entire new light cluster just for the RS4.

The Auto, Motor und Sport contains a big article about Audi, in which they announce the release of the Audi RS4.
The car will be released in Spring 2005 and be powered by a 425 hp eight cylinder engine, without turbo, to show, that Audi can build such an engine without any supercharges.
BTW, there will be an RS6 in 2007, with 10 cylinders and 550 ps.
The S3 will have about 330 hp.
the LeMans will be released in 2007 and will have 420 hp, because there should be a difference between Audi and Lamborghini.
This is also why the next 12 cylinder will not have more hp then about 500, because it could threaten the Bentley.

Christ that looks sweet. It is like a mini RS6. I have always loved Audi RS models and the original Sport Quattro. 450 bhp in an A4, that must boast some pretty damn impressive performance figures. 0-60 mph in less the 4.5 seconds is most likely. And I am glad they have kept the wonderful RS6 rims.

If the RS6 had a manual gearbox, I would love it even more than I do now. Also, a manual gearbox means better fuel economy and performance, and performance certainly matters in an Audi RS car. :)

Well, the thing is, the RS6 does have steering wheel shifts. And I'm pretty damn sure you can use the gearbox as a tiptronic too. Does that mean it is in a class of its own?
PS: Well I think so, but it is my Audi bias. :D

All I can say is that the RS4 is a beautiful car and a blast to drive. I would love to own one of those cars. In America you can't get them legalized. I know of 2 in Southern California that never see the light of day except for once or twice a year and that is when they are taken out to be shown at VW/Audi shows.

Have you seen that Audi RS6 MTM with over 600 bhp? It goes over 200 mph and hits 60 mph in 3.9 secs. Now that is a performance estate. :)

Yes I have. That car is awesome. I have a few videos from MTM RS4 and RS6. Absolutely phenominal!
I think Audis are just really cool and tuneable cars.
