Street race is delinquence, so just don't chose.
However thare's a criteria: once the car is gonna be confiscated sooner or later, ask local police what car they prefer! :D:D:D

street racing as in whatever the street racing (or lack of) in your local area is (probably just drag racing)
so if one's idea of racing on the street is driving fast when late to an appointment, then he should choose accordingly
