Download and unzip this file. It contains the India Ink plug-in and a multi-keygen for the other plug-ins.

India Ink
India Ink converts color or greyscale images into several unusual styles of black-and-white halftones, suitable for black-and-white printing.

Flood

Flood creates bodies of lying water in pictures. It provides control over waves, a radiating ripple, the perspective and color of the water, and the clarity of reflections. Although it's a 2-D effect, with a little effort it can produce convincing results with a 3-D look.

Flexify

It warps full-sphere photos -- those showing a full view of a scene in every direction -- into new shapes that are more attractive or useful. It can also transform maps.

Mr Contrast

Mr. Contrast adds dramatic contrast to pictures. It has controls to drag out every last particle of detail and then subdue the result with glows. The effect is suited to black & white photos, especially infrared imagery, and you can colorize the output to resemble a lith print.

Lunar Cell

It draws moons and planets.Controls for each of these elements in a planet: Planet, Climate, Air, Clouds, Synth clouds, Cities...and a few other controls that affect the whole image.

Hue and Cry

Hue and Cry is a color noise generator. It creates areas of semi-random abstract color which are useful for making backgrounds or for reducing the uniformity of an illustration. You can also use the output of Hue and Cry as a picture base or as an element for textures and tiles for surfacing 3D models.

Melancholytron

Melancholytron makes pictures blurry, dark, and discolored in a way that varies across the image. It can leave the picture clear and lucid in the center, and increasingly fatigued toward the edges. With this effect you can produce a faux-antique look with vignetting and sepia-toning, or a sad, moody look with blurred and dampened colors.

Extra Textures
To use them, take the Extra Textures files out of the folder they came in and move them into your "environments and textures" folder. Then, inside SuperBladePro, click on the big texture graphic and pick a texture; or click the big environment graphic and pick an environment.
These images are free.
Of course you can use FlashGet batch download, but some folks don't know how to use it so here's the full list:
