take away the badge and the supposed lack of 'magic' and you're left with what matters, the Ford GT is the best out of these 2 cars.

Even though its American and a ford, id choose the GT.
Better chasis, performance, engine, interior, and the 360 is far too common i saw 2 yestaday.

well the 360 is pretty good but if you compare the GT to the 430. Then the 430 will win but with the 360, I will take the GT.

the GT was designed to whip the 360's ass and does, end of discussion. Hell it whipped up on the Challenge Stradale too.

Does the 430 outperform the GT? I haven't seen any performance numbers for the 430 as of yet.

[QUOTE]...and is American.
thaz y i'd choose the 360, though i have nothin against american cars. its just that the ferrari is more exotic, although the GT has better performance. its more of a tie fer me, but the ferrari is, well a ferrari.

hate ford, hate the design
love ferrari, love the design.

the GT performs better but the modena stayed on the top for quite a while. ford had a lot of time to make their car better so its obvious that it performs better. if they were both launched at the same time & then , if the GT had better performance than i'd take it.
i was disappointed when i saw the GT in person coz it looked ugly unlike in the pictures. i had a peak in the interior which is really nice.

the 360 looks great , hand-built with luxurious leather , F1 paddleshift gear as an option & has good performance. so overall, its the 360 for me.

Although this is a vote about you're opinion of the two cars, people should look past the prancing horse emblem and look at the production figures. All-around, the Ford GT is a better car, although I despise Ford.

but they aren't really in the same league, since the 360 is much older than the GT

The GT was designed in about a year, that's not much time really. It beats the Challenge Stradale too, that hasn't exactly been around forever. Also not only are you getting better performance, you get it at a lower price. That is the true selling point of the GT.

I'll concede looks and exclusivity to the Ferrari.

Looks maybe but not exclusivity (is that a word?),
every wanna be football player or rapper has a 360, and ive seen a couple of dozen (i dont exactly live in beverly hill either) of 360's

The Ford GT...because it is and stays a Ford. The GT would actually be easier to own than the Ferrari, I could get parts and service from the Ford dealer 10k away. There's even some part commonality with my pickup truck. The GT would be much more convenient to maintain.

I sat in one at a Ford event in FL and it is no worse than a Mustang (I'm 6'3").

This is gonna surprise a few people since I'm a hardcore "Tifosi" but I'd get the Ford GT first becuase of it's performance....and then the 360. If the comparison had been between the 430 and the GT I'd go for the Ferrari...first.

I'd like to see the 430 and the Ford GT in a comparison on a track. I pretty sure the 430 would perform better, I'm just not sure by how much.

What are you talking about? I slipped in one (I'm 5'7") and never felt better.
