This weekend at the local track is a big Ferrari race meet. 10 dollars gets you a hot lap in a Ferrari! I'll be sure to get some pics, but because I dont' have digi cam, they'll be small, as I can only scan film photos. Apparently about 40 Ferraris will be there.

A digital doesn't guarantee the best pics. It depends on the Megapixel count. 3.2 is good and 5 is v.good. Now sony has come out with a small cybershot thats a 7 :eek: .

btw, u also have to know the art of photography :) . Since i don't know you, i'll have to assume you're good.....or otherwise :p (J/k :) )

MP count does not say anything. Some of the best professional cameras are only 4 MP. Mine is 6 and the quality is much higher than of Sony's 8MP. It's the glass that makes the difference.

Very high MP are great for creating posters or for taking a quick snap and then cropping into what you need As you'll have the detail to crop and still have a decent sized HQ pic. Optics are the most important but I've read some reviews on cameras that don't add up to their parts. A Panasonic with a Leica lens, sounds good. However, they say the colors are off. Best advice: stick with camera makers, read the reviews, and try to choose one from a 'top 10' list in any given price range :)

Well its no state of the art camera i'm getting, but i'm pretty handy with the camera IMO, so who knows?

Its only 3.2Mega Pixel I think.

The road I live on is a common route coming into my town, so I'm thinking I'm gunna see a few right now. I've seen one old open wheeled race car, I heard something about them being there, it was on the back of a trailer. I'm seen a couple of trucks that look like they carried vehicles aswell.

Ok I think this is a justified revival, I spent ages looking for this thread.

FINALLY i've gotten around to finding the negatives, and my mates got a negative scanner, so tomorrow i'm gunna go scan all the negatives and you will finally see some photos of this!
