It is not riced.. id take that car and park it WITH PRIDE in my garage any day.
Its a pininfarina design .. therefore you can play with its body. I can tell you because i had a 306 cabriolet designed by pininfarina also.. and there a tons of things you can do to the car to make it better... that my friend is a very well done job... it is not RICED!

Sorry but for me, to had plastic or fibreglass to a road car with absolutely no function is not what I'd call good taste. It just makes a car more undriveable as it messes with aerodinamics.
Like you said, it's a Pininfarina. That is why you just CAN'T make it better than it is already.
God, I hate body tunning...
