The new Peugeot 207
The 206 is Peugeot's most succesfull car ever and it now has a successor: the 207. In a week the 207 should officially been released, but these pics have leaked out already. In Geneva the 207 will make it's official debut.
The 207 will have several engines:
Gas engines:
1.4 liter 75 hp.
1.4 liter 16v 90 hp.
1.6 liter 16v 110 hp.
(Peugeot and BMW are developing a 1.6 Turbo together wich will probably get into the 'RC' model)
Diesel engines:
1.4 liter HDI 70 hp.
1.6 liter 90hp.
(And a bigger diesel will follow fast)

All I found before were spy-pics.

Love it .. im hoping to get the 207 myself which is rumored to be the real replacement for the 205 back in the days. 1.6 turbocharged over 200 bhp they say.
-
Love it too, if I were still in Asia I'd drive one.

I don't like that... so ugly
206 is very best!
-
I am undecided...but I dont hate it I know that much :D
What is the difference between the 206 and 207?

Looks pretty good for a practical car. From the pics I've seen of the 206, the 207 looks more aggressive and sporty.
-
I don't see a huge difference in styling vs the 206...if anything though this looks better as the front looks like the WRC version of the 206, as the production car has more of a short nose look to it.

The only decent looking peugeot left is the 607 but im sure they'll mess that up too with that ugly grille. peugeots of today are all show and no go... the 407 coupe is even slower to 60 mph then a lot of low range diesels.
-
Looks like a cross between a 206 and a 307 with that ridiculous new peugeot nose which I don't like at all. It seems these days, for me to appreciate the way peugeots look (I like the 407 apart from the nose) I will have to look at them from every angle accept from the front.

The new GTI is apparently going to carry on the spirit of the 205 GTI

Hopefully they'll be as successful as Volkswagen was with their new GTi.
