Back at the 2006 NAIAS, there was the Caliber, and there was so much fuss about the new 300hp beast and how it would have so much torque steer and all...but it just dissapeared:confused: does anyone know if it will still be produced or not?

Gtek, think. Then post. Would it be that hard to google this topic?
Given his past efforts I'd hazard a "yes".
I say we change the topic this post to the sickness of Rockefella's pic..
ok-
(sing it with the tune from So Sick by Neyo)
And I'm so sick of Rock's pic
so tired of 3s
so sick of his coolness
so why can't I log off this website

You are too kind.
What I meant was that it should have been out a long time ago...why wait so long?
Why care when you aren't even old enough to drive?
Oh, leave the kid alone, you big bitchface.
Anyway, the SRT-4 has always stuck in my craw. What's the point of having a near-as-dammit 275-horse engine in a front-driver? It guarantees a stellar reception by kids too young to drive, or two dense or disinterested to appreciate a driver's car.
Still, it's a fair question. I've been wondering the same, but haven't asked for fear Dodge is still making the things.

Neyo sucks, It's not a "3" and your an internet junkie.

Apparently the Caliber will have 300bhp. Which will even make it more mental/useless...
Well, the Caliber's going to be AWD, I think. Distributed between two driven axles, it's bound to be fast in a straight line anyway.
Of course, it'll also look like a decidedly stupid minivan-truck while doing it.

I think that it was announced as a front wheel drive car when they revealed it. We thought that the 240bhp on the Astra OPC were engough for the front wheels. Not so they must think at Chrysler.
Oh and the Caliber looks stupidly big for a C-segment hatch.
