Ford Consul Capri #1
One of the rarest models from Ford UK, only 19,421 examples were sold between 1961-1964.
Why are the sunvisors inflated?
They're emergency air pockets just in case you drive it in to the water.

And roof airbags, that keeps you alive, when you smack your head to the roof, going of a cliff.
You don't see many of those... neither are they hideous nor really good looking. The proportions don't seem to fit right for some reason.
Ford often used design cues from it's US product line for many European models over the years. The Consul Capri's styling mimicked the sub-compact Mercury Comet but is far better resolved, especially the roofline. It's also a smaller car than the Falcon-based Comet.
Those sunvisors are puffed 'cause the foam inside has gone pffft. A common problem for '60s-early '70s cars of all makes. Next time you're able to look at some notice how they're made, just heat sealed vinyl. Always a treat to see an original, unrestored time capsule car... until the floppy sunvisors.
