Minimising the damage are the key words there. Ultimately youre going to have to get the panel sanded back and resprayed, and the only short term alternatives are things like touch up paints or if youre really bodgy giving the crack a spray of clearcoat. Whatever you do, it'll probably stand out like dogs balls. Lose-lose situation whatever you do until its properly fixed.
lozl.
paint touch up and some clear coat would seal it to stop rust getting in. best permanent solution though is to respray the entire door, which is sh!t but best way to fix it obviously.

Dear F**kwit,
While i appreciate your hunt to use what little money your job flipping burgers/stocking shelves on ice/crack/weed/whatever can lead you to pretty ugly places, namely a mirror, but please understand that my Volvo is not a vehicle from which you can syphon petrol.
Your obvious F**twitted-ness became apparant when you did not realise that the fuel flap is actually LOCKED. pulling on it with a screwdriver/your teeth will not cause it's release.
furthermore - fuel does not come out of a car by using your cracked Dunlop Volley on the Car's rear drivers door. you are VERY lucky the largest bit of damage it has is a small paint crack....otherwise i would be hunting you down and lacing your speed with More ammonia....so that you die. despite this doing you a favour, i still think you deserve it.
I take solace in the fact that your Gemini or whatever S**tbox you drive that needed fuel will likely impale you on it's cracked dash during one of your benders.
Please, for future reference (and the good of humanity) go F**k yourself.
Yours,
Sam Hamilton.[/quote]
Woo, The respecting public never seems to amaze me with there disrespect to others property because they wont something you have and there Doll Payments can't afford it..
Leave a note on your car that tells these mokko wilding blank shooters, That you really can't syphon petrol from cars like the old days it's way to hard to get more then 5-10 litres out of one car if lucky, But judging by the boot mark in the door he was slightly upset he couldn't drive for his next hit, Mum should have hit harder knock some seance in..
And i still don't think petrol is at such a high price to where people need to do runners or steal others to drive there mothers 75 Gemini rust sedan with fluffy dice and 3/4 exhaust.
Also where are your shoes:p.
Just be glad they didnt stab a hole in the bottom of your fuel tank
had a mate get a screwdriver through his VKs tank a few years back, amzaing the tool didnt blow himself up!
It's ok though....the cars fixed now.
gonna have to go give it a wash and some clear coat though...like you said.
I can only hope that his attempt as his flying kick left him flat on his ass with more of a head injury than being dropped on his head as a child could ever have done.
Other than that.....it's all good :) I take a "my name is Earl" approach to life - Karma is one Nasty B**ch.

A full tank, or anything around half full or higher would only set you alight if there was a spark. You need something like a quarter tank to actually blow up, as once you start getting more fuel and less air, its not as volatile.

But i still need a airbag Modual and Dash pad plus seatbelts then i need to get the Airbags reset then the car is ready:D..
