F1 car colors
A lot of teams are testing their new cars in Jerez these days. So most of them reveal their colors. Be aware: most of these colors aren't official yet!

I don't know, I find F1 cars more and more beautiful...
-
Bah, I liked the old McLaren color better. Orange just doesn't seem to fit, imo.
-
i think that orange paintjob is kinda cool if you think about it... or not, rather... but its def. different and eye-catching =)
-
The only reason I can live with it is because it is the original McLaren F1 car color. (The racers, not actual F1):p
-
I think orange is the official test livery color for Mclaren. Correct me if im wrong though....
-
Blue and Yellow will always be the coolest.. revolutionary team Renault.

That is correct.
McLaren will paint the new car silver again, but this year "more silver", as Norbert Haug, sport-chief (or what is the title in english) of Mercedes said...

NOt the same blue :)

Wow, that's hot, the STi and the Renault. F1 car colors don't really matter because they're a blur anyway. ;) All of those colors look hot anyway, regardless of previous color schemes.
-
they look great IMO, especially the orange! Its not just the "official" mclaren test color. Its to mclaren as red is to ferrari. well at least it was.
Wish they would go without sponsors, just the name of the manufacturer...
-
The orange looks great on the McLaren. Somehow i think BMW will probably change their colours, to an actual colour
-
Orange isn't the McLaren test colour, otherwise they would use it during testing.
The last time they did use the Historic Papaya livery was 1997 when they switched from Marlboro to West.

Where do you think these pictures were taken? They were taken during testing, So yes the Orange IS the new Mclaren Test Livery. But only for Pre-Season testing. They have lost Title sponsor "West" and the MP4-21 hasn't been unvieled yet (allong with new colour scheme) so until the new livery is relaesed to the public they will test in this "interim" livery. Just like in 96-97 pre-season testing when they were waiting to change scheme from marlboro to west sponsorship.
