The playing field should be level for all. I, of course, have no problems with contestants posting larger versions after the competition has concluded.

optional but not mandatory I would suggest, I guess for many point-and-shoot cameras, this info might not be stored.

I believe you can always find it in the jpeg properties under advanced, regardless of the camera you shot it with.
Optional is fine.

Dear all, starting from Monday, July 15 I'll be hosting the new competition rounds (both Automotive and General), but they will now be happening once in two weeks. The rules remain largely the same with the exception of the 'age' of the pictures allowed increased to 6 months instead of previous 4 months due to the competitions becoming twice more rare than before. There is no 'Shot of the month' award planned so far as well. Check out your folders for some good shots and get prepared for a restart of UCP's photography competition.
