Doesn't the above car look great? Doesn't it look like it has a tale to tell? If you disagree, you may not get why I adore the automobile. Please bear with me and I'll explain, or rather have explained in my [URL="http://garglinggas.com/2014/05/31/old-parked-cars-unique-unusual-but-great/"]blog post[/URL] on just what ticks my boxes car-wise.
I'd love to hear your views on it and what you find so alluring about cars.
parking a car on the road indefinitely is taking away parking space from other cars. Therefore in our country (Holland) you still have to pay road tax if you decide to park your car, and because tax is considerable, you will not find such cases here. Parking on a farmyard instead is free of charge, so there are the occasional barnfinds. And what I remember from travels through the States, also there farmyards are often filled up with old cars.
I tend to agree. There's a Rolls Silver Shadow or something parked out in the country near me, in some house no one lives in. There's also a [I]very[/I] old Volvo rusting away in a front lawn a few streets from my house. I think it's one of [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volvo_PV444/544"]these[/URL].
