Hey guys,
just showing off my new weekend toy.
No M-Sport nonsense here. Just a huge steering wheel, small 14 inch alloys and four doors. Lots of extras like rear headrests and radio.

What can I say, it is all grey.
Absolutely fantastic Revo. How's the experience been so far?
Fantastic.:D
It is slow. Just like me.:)
Nice ride Revo!
A BMW with a six, what is not to like? :D
Congrats!
Thanks guys.
This little car was actually sold to Japan when new. I cant´t even imagine how expensive it must have been to buy and own a BMW in Japan. After nearly 30 years, it was imported back to Europe with only 80,000 kms on the clock. It definitely seems to have escaped "the banger period" that so many E30s suffer from.
I have added about 10,000 kms during last two years, so it is finally getting some usage.
Definitely more interesting than anything BMW sells today.
Smart purchase! Enjoy your ride.
What is this "Banger" period that you're referring to? Not familiar with what it means.
It is British-english term referring to old car in a sorry condition. Last stage before junkyard.
I picked up the phrase from the TV-series "Flipping Bangers". link to IMDB

Hmm, I've definitely watched my fair share of 5th Gear, Top Gear and Wheeler Dealer and have never heard that term haha.
"Clunker" would be our term, NSX.
It doesn't seem bad at all, Revo. It certainly seems to have benefited from avoiding several dozen Baltic winters.
Interesting story, a LHD 3 series with Japan specs.
Also, banger racing:

Yes, definitely more familiar with that term.
Springtime in Tallinn
Your car is in good company!
You can say that again.
Alfa 147 GTA, Maserati Quattroporte V, very rare Alfa 156 Crosswagon and 1980ish Bentley Turbo R were parked just outside of the photo.
Mercedes 280 CE is hiding just behind the Milano. And one Brera can be seen in the background.
True story.
31 years and five generations apart. ;)
I like both of them in this case :-) But man, modern cars are fat in contrary to their ancestors ..
Love these.
