The golf has, almost always been the leading Euro Hatch since its release around 30 years ago. Which is a long time to develop a car, thats why people trust it, and buy it so much. Its also an awesome hot hatch, with the GT-Tdi,GT-Fsi & ofcourse the GTi. My dads just ordered one and i love it :D So go golf!!

Well Lagonda I guess I mean that special suspension the old Xantia had, Active Suspension or something? I dunno, but hopefully it will be a comfortable ride :D
Yeah I did mean Golf's build quality, hopefully C4 will have nice good looking interior!

erm, from Honda company info ....
Located in the UK and equipped with Honda's latest Green Factory systems, the automobile plant at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. (HUM) boasts an annual production capacity of 250,000 units. HUM manufactures vehicles like the Civic 3DR and the CR-V, shipping automobiles to North America (Civic, CR-V) and Japan (Civic), as well as within Europe.
They also have R&D in UK as well as Germany, so it's partly European :)

If we did take that into consideration that means that the Golf is Mexican, 307 is British, South African, Megane’ is South Also south African. Most of the Mercedes-Benz and BMW’s are Made in South Africa ( Ones in AUS )… The 3 Series not M3 and the C-Class, A-Class..
Does that mean they are South African..
I still strongly believe the Honda is 100% Japanese.. BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen are still German, Renault and Peugeot are still French. :D
-
As far as I know, only the North American Golf's are produced in Mexico. The rest are still built in good ol' WOB.
-
The focus for me. That car is in Car and Drivers 10 best 5 years running. It has alot of room and you must say a good comforting ride.
