Der Golf is really a spider - it's got HOW many lights on the front?
but since he wears contacts - so it's rather obvious why now :p
Quit drinkin' the Haterade Johnny...
Sorry you wasted your money. Meaning COD3 blows, game play is very boring and the melee button is waaaaay too sensitive. That being said i still play COD2 on the 360.
Lucky you.
I'll probably get it a long time from now so it'll be cheap. Do your own review of it.
I'm stuck between the Wii and this. I played it the other day and it was seriously good.
I finally got the update downloaded on my computer and installed on the console. Damn you, Verizon DSL, damn you to hell... Now I'm downloading Gran Turismo HD Concept or whatever it's called. 625mb download. Ugh.
The biggest headache is the inability to do anything while the console is downloading. I think the 360 had that issue when it came out, and they've since fixed that. So hopefully Sony is on the ball with that.
The only things I've done so far is watch Terminator 2 (which is an awesome movie... "Come with me if you want to live.") and register for the PlayStation store. That took forever, too, I'm going to assume because of my crappy DSL.
Welcome to the club of crappy DSL :p
My last speed test was 87 down/400something up. I should be getting 3360/864...
I got laid twice today.

your hand and your mother don't count.... his day > your day :p. lol jokezzzzzz
HOW MUCH ****ING DISCOUNT DID YOU GET? $678 TO $303!!!! And well for spending that much money, well done..
Employee cost at Best Buy is cost + 5% for transportation to the building. The 8' HDMI cable retailed for $220, I paid $78.
I spent probably 2 hours playing Call of Duty 3 today. It's a lot of fun. I've always been a PC FPS player, and I always hated FPS on consoles, because it usually requires pressing too many buttons at awkward angles at the same time to do anything.
But I sucked it up and just took it slow until I got used to the controls. I kept getting lost, too. Some of the doorways to the next areas are kind of hidden and hard to find.
The graphics are amazing, as they should be. Arming bombs is fun. You have to press 2 buttons, then to set the fuse you have to rotate the controller around on its axis a few times. I didn't know PS3 had motion capability.
Overall, I give it an 8 so far.
GT:HD is fun. I don't care what anyone says. The Ferrari has way too much power for such a tight narrow windy course.
Do you still have to buy all the cars and tracks in GT:HD, or did sony drop that?
Sounds awesome, I would try and get a PS3 if it would only cost me 330$. :)
Sony dropped the downloadable content pay stuff. But PD has said they may release updates/add-ons in the future. Consider it Beta testing for GT5.
And the console cost me $600. The stuff I bought for the console was $300. There's no such thing as an employee discount on a PS3, Xbox 360, or Wii. They're all sold at or below cost. We lose $1 for every PS3 we sell. :)
