I share all the dislikes regarding the styling.
I wonder though if it may have some redeeming value on the track in the form of a lower center of gravity.

Apparently it's also 15 to 50kg lighter than the equivalent 3 door hatch, depending on the version.
I'd still consider one, altough maybe the roadster will solve the problem with the roof (but not with everything else).
By the way, I think that since the advent of Group A, two seaters aren't allowed in FIA rallying (I know about the GTs, but those compete at national level, at most). So no rallying for this, unless rules have changed.
I have no idea what they were thinking when they priced it at 21+k €. I mean, what the hell?

It's MX-5 money, which makes sense.
I do not like it, at all. It's just bad. I can't imagine it will sell very well.

No, it makes not. This isn't an MX-5, nor does it offer comparable performance/dynamics. Its just plain overpriced for no reason.

A track car with only one seat. With two aboard for WRC (and the inevitable rollover) they need more head room just in case. ;)

Despite the front wheel drive the Mk I hatch was a match in terms of fun per mile.
Don't see how this can't be the same.
