Pretty cool but something about dropping $100 for a Lego set is off-putting. I'd love to have it in my cubicle tho!

Lego is expensive stuff, a decent price per brick is about 10 cents. So at around 1000 parts that's actually not a bad price.
But you're right, it is expensive.

Ah yeah, i'm familiar with getting the $20 kits as a kid. One in particular that I remember is a tractor trailer with two open wheel race cars. Never thought to think of the price per brick
