Looks like a normal C32 AMG, with new taillights and a "CLK"-look grille.
I believe it is the new 3 series cabrio. The taillights looks like those on the new 3 series coupé
It's not as nice as for example a Merc CLK, but I still think it looks great!

I dont like any of the new Ferraris, except of the 612.. The 355 was the last real Ferrari.... The new cars, such as the f430 is a mess to look at... And I dont like them in Formula 1 either...
If you look at the front of the Ferrari F2002 and the Toyota TF103 they look pretty much similar to each other.. Nice try, but did it work? I can't remember Toyota winning anything in 2003 :D
