Doors are a problem for me as well.

I have photo under "favorites" that I reference often.
Did you post pics, it might be yours.

I primered mine, then sanded with 2000. Sprayed it with Italian Red enamel. Sanded lightly with 3000. Sprayed it again, and that's where I'm at. Going to light sand again and give it another coat....

I had fitting problems for the Shelby and the Chevelle (both AMT). I'm working on the Revell Enzo right now and fighting a few bugs.

I use spray enemal and laquer. I'm thinking about investing...
