i went thru most of this thread but not all. hope this isnt a repost.

ok well photoshop is just used as a common word for "image editor program" most people are talking about using photoshop... but you could also use many cheaper and free programs to touch up...

i didnt say you cant take good photos... i said theres no way to prove a photo hasnt been editted to look good. the only way would be to have all crappy photos that no one would bother to edit and...

if you didnt do it on ur camera.. its editting. a border technically doesnt effect the photo but it does effect the presentation of it.

what kinda stupid rule is that? no editted photos? how can you prove a photo isnt editted anyways? you can make subtle changes and have no idea. are u saying peoples photos have to be of such...
