Christmas today was kinda surreal but fun. Terry being the only patient in the ward (which was what probably sparked the idea), we shut the door and took over the place.

I was doing some shopping this morning including getting some fruit to make Terry a fresh fruit salad, which made me late getting to the hospital. Next thing I get a call on my cellphone from a ward...

No change other than being moved out of ICU and back to a general ward today. For someone with zero mobility, she sure gets around. :)

Well, the move to the general ward is complete and Terry's 'sort of' settled in. I was there from 06h00 to midday and it took a few hours for them to pack her up and move her. My daughter filled in...

Terry's recovery appears to be accelerating. :)

They took away the respirator this morning and plugged her directly into the O2 wall socket, feeding the O2 through the Trachy, and she's breathed...

It's official, the doc has declared Terry as having "recovered from multi-organ failure and is out of danger"!!
