BTW - Bluey, Pubic transport in Wellington is the sickness. Cheap, efficient and on time. plus the routes are regular and interchangeable. Cars were great to have but only as toys really, my whole family got around on public transport.

Also, If you want to live in the city hit up the suburbs of Oriental Bay, Thordon, or Te Aro. I lived a bit south (Island bay, 15 minutes on the bus from the city) but those are the places that are right in the heart of things and you get excellent views. Prices are a bit steep I think though...

Just don't move to Lower or Upper Hutts. Jabba is not appreciative.
I'm moving to Wellington next year! Is bluey coming to the better half of down under aswell?

Well there has been a series of tragedies here recently that Shortland St would be proud of... but I'm off to university myself.

Lady's, Gent's. Need some nerdy advice with computer parts.

    CPU.

    AMD II X2 555 BE. $ 104.
    AMD II X4 955 BE. $ 159.
    AMD II X4 965 BE. $ 179.

    Graphics.

    Gigabyte ATI HD 5770. $ 180.
    Gigabyte ATI HD 5830. $ 275.
    Gigabyte ATI HD 5850. $ 329.

    Computer usage.

Love games but don't play nearly enough. might have something to do with my current computer refusing to play anything made in the last 20 years.. Do the occasional multimedia.. Don't watch movies on this. But, if i do purchase a larger screen i would consider..

Currently have the tower, 4 gig ddr3. looking at getting cooler master gx series psu. Motherboard is Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H. but i am thinking of selling that and getting the Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H.. WD black 500gb HDD.

So. any recommendations helping hands ty.

I'd say one of the X4 processors and the best GFX card your budget allows for. For gaming, the GFX card will probably matter more than the CPU.
