    Loving those Campags
Are they remade using the same materials or more modern alloys ?
How about weight and balance - is it as original ??

    The originals where magnesium.
These alloy wheels are actually made by Compomotive in the UK.
A German company called Furani make magnesium ones for 5 times the price and the difference in weight is not to big, alloys: 6,1, magnesium: 5,8kg per rim. Furani has replicated or is in fact using the same molds as the originals.
As i have heard they where lucky enough to buy a lot of casting molds when Autodelta closed down. They sell new GTam heads as well, and you probably know how rare those are. Costs the buck to.

The fabrication and balance of these replicas are not the best, but fairly good. 3 out of the 4 I bought was good, though one need some more led on the inside.

now on a disapointing note, look at these new Wheels from Nismo for the R35...Im not for sure if they will be for the Nismo edition or maybe the will go to the aftermarket, but Im really not liking them...maybe they'll grow on me, but I seiously doubt it.

my bbs's feel great at the track.
Personally I would have spent $1500 on wheels and the rest on brakes

Not sure how wheels feel on the track but my Yokies feel ok

Favourite wheel, my little 13x 5.5 Globes, cheap nasty but there only there to fit the tyre... prefer the covered in brake dust though

Yeah, don't know why but for some reason I just cannot like 6 spoke rims. Give me 5 spoke, 7 spoke or any uneven number that's not less than 5 and I'll be happy.

Yes and the new G37 is the Skyline GT450, i believe.

One could say the G35 was the R35 and the G37 is the R36.
But since the new GT-R is not a skyline you can't carry on the model designation, thats like calling the next Cayman a 998...

Please take a look at this if you dont believe me...The model code is CBA-R35...but most shorten it to R35, kinda like when ppl say R32, when really its BNR32...so Im pretty sure the new GT-R is an R35...check out the link if you still dont think so.
