^ i'd delete the spoiler, remove the back seats and put in an LS2 or add a supercharger

Did anybody see The Car Show's footage of the Mt. Buller Sprint? There was a Coupe 4 there that had a manual fitted, but they must've f*ed up putting in because the swap caused the oil filter to get smashed by something to do with the manual box on the special street stage. It spun out, sprayed oil everywhere. Next car out was a C55 AMG. Driver tried to dodge a bit of bodywork at a considerable speed, hit the oil, locked the brakes and slid at speed into a barrier. Someone had taken one on. The one I had seen was a basic looking (on the outside) red one. I guess he was trying to keep up with these porsches (or rufs) and/or mercedes cars and the funniest thing happened (well not for his car), the front right wheel came off the car and rolled into a ditch. I am pretty sure it was in the US.

Thats what you get when you use your hands to replace a flat at the truck stop.

Amazingly his car never swerved off the road or nothing. He just coasted over to the shoulder. Talk about lucky!

In respect to the Coupe4 two door Commodore.... If I were going to run it, Id get the GRM boys too drop in the 427 out of one of the Monaros that won the Bathurst race a few yrs ago and a holliger sequential 6 speed box.... Or better still, steal the HRT 427 from the display at Birdswood... That thing had some berries. I agree about pissing off the spoiler, and the person who designed that gay ass'd bonnet on the last monaros should be, in the words of Billy Connolly...Strung up, F**ked and Burned.

My personally choice would be that Aston Martin racing in the le man series... thats a nice bit of gear.
