The amount of cars that retired wow

And two of my racers were in those retired so

still from one race to get 28 pnts not bad.

You lot said the first two races are warm ups does that mean the points gained from the first two races are deducted?????

I dont think so. The only difference that I can spot is that in the first two races, you can make unlimited changes, whereas starting from next race, there will be limited changes, 20 or summin in the whole season?

Yes, the first two races (Bahrain and Malaysia) form the warm-up period, which is treated as a separate competition to the main game, with a separate prize for the winner as well. All points will be cleared following the Malaysian Grand Prix in preparation for the Main Championship, comprising the 16 remaining races, starting with the Australian GP.
The second difference is, in the Main Championship, we're not allowed unlimited team changes anymore. The limit is three changes between each race, but no more than 20 changes during the whole championship.
It's not denial. I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

Lmao, I have Raikkonen, Button, Heidfeld, Coulthard, Klein, and Villeneuve, 4 of which retired, and Button/Villeneuve fetching me 6 points.

My engine supplier (McL/Merc) crapped out, and Bridgestone for tires did nothing.

I feel you on that one as 4 of my drivers retired as well.

That's why my strategy was so flawed, I actually attempted to make a team of descent drivers, which isn't worth it. My new team is much better suited for winning I think.

When do you get points for Tyre manufacturer i.e. Bridgstone????

Is it when a car using Bridgstones wins???

hmmm that sucks the majority of the cars have Michelins so i think the logical choice is to swap seeing as you have a higher probabilty of winning:P

And Vaigra im sure in about 5 races youll be fighting for pole as you have seen this year giving a bettwer mixture of drivers having a chance to gain points, or lose them....:P

I disagree; I had a mix of descent drivers that just shitted on my points. With Raikkonen and Alonso on my team, along with reliable Renault engines and Michelin's, I'm confident. (Having Nico Rosberg helps too)

yeah but everyone bought a couple a decent drivers and with the money left over had to pick the best of the rest.

I've got Nico but seeing as he retired didnt help me alot

Well thats two different strategies. Either have two top drivers and the rest also-rans and hoping the top two score big points, or having a bunch of averages who score consistently overall. Ive gone for the latter, but sadly the williams engines failed, otherwise woulda been in a better position.....
